18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement

TrueFans is committed to full compliance with the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. All performers, models and other persons appearing in visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct published on TrueFans were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time the depictions were created.

Every creator on TrueFans is required to verify their identity and age with a valid government-issued photo ID before publishing any content, and every additional person depicted in a creator's content must be verified in the same manner before that content may be published.

Records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 — including legible copies of government-issued photo identification for every verified performer, together with associated aliases, stage names and content indexing information — are maintained in the manner prescribed by law. These records are available for inspection by authorized government officials upon lawful request during regular business hours.

Records are indexed so that each depiction published on the platform can be associated with the verification records of every person appearing in it.

The Custodian of Records for TrueFans can be contacted at 2257@truefans.fun. Inspection requests from authorized officials should reference this statement and include the specific depictions or performer names to which the request relates.

TrueFans is a hosting and payment platform and is not the primary producer (as defined in 28 C.F.R. §75.1) of the visual content published by creators on the platform. Creators who produce and upload content act as producers of their own content and are responsible, as co-producers, for maintaining their own §2257-compliant records for every person depicted in the content they create, and for providing TrueFans with the identification documents required for platform verification.

By uploading content, each creator certifies that: (a) all persons depicted were 18 or older at the time of production; (b) the creator has examined and retains government-issued photo ID for each person depicted; and (c) all persons depicted consented to the creation and publication of the content.

No account may publish or monetize content on TrueFans without completing our age and identity verification process. Verification requires a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and a live verification selfie, reviewed by our verification team or an authorized verification provider. Accounts that fail verification, submit fraudulent documents, or are found to involve unverified persons in published content are suspended and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.
